These Terms & Conditions sit with the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. They cover trials, paid plans, meters, invoices, and cancellation for Panda AI. Accepting the site notice is acceptance of these terms as well as the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. Continuing to use a paid or trial account is also acceptance of these terms.

New accounts may receive a 7-day trial so you can try drafting and scheduling. When the trial ends, viewing existing posts may still work; creating, scheduling, and publishing require an active paid plan. We may change, shorten, or withhold a trial to prevent abuse.

Paid plans (including Sprout, Grove, and Canopy, as shown on Pricing) include limits such as number of brands/projects, AI credits per period, published posts per period, and Studio runs. Limits fail closed: if a meter is exhausted or a plan is inactive, those actions are blocked until the next period or an upgrade.

Unused credits and post slots do not roll over unless we say so in writing for a specific promotion.

Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe, monthly or yearly, until you cancel. Prices are shown at checkout and may exclude applicable taxes, which Stripe or we may charge where required.

You authorise us and Stripe to charge the payment method you provide for the selected plan and any tax. Failed payments can pause paid features. Invoices and receipts are issued by Stripe; period dates on line items describe the service interval for that charge.

We may change plan prices or included limits. If you are on a paid subscription, we will give reasonable notice before a change applies to your next renewal, except where a change is required by law or by a payment provider.

You can cancel in Settings → Billing through the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation stops future renewals. You keep the plan until the end of the period already paid, unless the portal or applicable law says otherwise. Disconnecting social accounts does not cancel billing.

Fees already charged are non-refundable except where the law requires a refund (for example certain consumer cooling-off rights) or we agree in writing. Chargebacks opened in error may result in suspension until resolved.

AI credits, post allowances, and Studio limits are usage rights inside Panda. They have no cash value, are not transferable, and end if the account is closed.

A successful charge does not guarantee that X, LinkedIn, Discord, Slack, Facebook, Instagram, Bluesky, or any other network will accept a post. Image hosting, bot invites, API quotas, and that network’s review processes are outside our control. We are not liable for takedowns or account actions those networks take.
