Terms of Use

Last updated 3 October 2026

Agreement

These Terms of Use govern access to Panda AI (the site, app, and API). They apply together with the Terms & Conditions (plans, trial, and billing) and the Privacy Policy.

A notice on the site asks you to accept these documents or to decline. If you accept, you agree to abide by the Privacy Policy, these Terms of Use, and the Terms & Conditions, and we store that choice in your browser. If you decline, the notice closes and we store that choice. Creating an account or continuing to use Panda still means you agree to these terms.

If you use Panda for an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind it.

The service

Panda lets you draft, schedule, and publish posts to connected channels (currently X, LinkedIn, Discord, Slack, Facebook, Instagram, and Bluesky), manage brand projects and a media library, and use optional AI drafting tools. Features may change. “Coming soon” channels are listed for information only.

We do not guarantee that a destination network will accept, display, or keep a post. Outages, API limits, missing bot permissions, revoked tokens, and that network’s own rules can block delivery.

Your account

You must be at least 18. Keep your password and connected-app access under your control. You are responsible for activity on the account. Tell us at [email protected] if you think it was compromised.

We may suspend or close an account that violates these terms, creates risk for other users or networks, or goes unpaid as described in the Terms & Conditions.

Your content

You keep ownership of captions, media, and brand material you upload or write. You grant us a licence to host, process, and transmit that content solely to provide the service — including sending it to connected networks and, when you use AI features, to our AI provider.

You confirm you have the rights to publish that content and that it does not infringe others’ rights or break the law.

Connected networks

When you connect X, LinkedIn, Discord, Slack, Facebook, Instagram, Bluesky, or Google, you authorise Panda to act with the permissions you grant. You must also follow that provider’s terms. Disconnect in Settings to revoke access. Inviting a bot to a Discord or Slack channel is your responsibility; we cannot post where the bot is not allowed.

AI output

Drafts and Studio plans are suggestions. They can be wrong, incomplete, or off-brand. You must review them before publishing. Do not rely on Panda for legal, medical, or financial advice.

Acceptable use

You may not:

  • Use Panda to spam, impersonate, harass, or break the law
  • Probe, scrape, or overload the service except as we allow
  • Bypass plan limits, trials, or security controls
  • Reverse engineer the product except where the law allows
  • Upload malware or content that is illegal to possess or share
  • Use connected APIs in ways those networks forbid

Our property

The Panda name, mark, software, and design are ours or our licensors’. You may not copy the product or use our brand in a way that suggests partnership without permission.

Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided “as is”. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that scheduled posts will always go out at the exact time you pick.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost profits, or lost data. Our total liability for a claim relating to Panda is limited to the fees you paid us for the service in the three months before the claim, or USD 50 if you paid nothing.

Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit, including for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence where that rule applies.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top will change. If you continue to use Panda after an update, the new terms apply.
